Chicken with White Beans and Rosemary
- 1 of 1 Season thighs with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes per side. Place on a baking sheet; bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Add bacon to skillet; cook 5 minutes, until crisp. Stir in garlic and rosemary; cook 1 minute. Pour in broth, white beans and parsley. Return chicken to skillet. Serve with sauteed spinach.
