New England Lobster Roll
- 1 of 2 Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, oil, tarragon, pepper sauce, salt and pepper in medium-size bowl. Mix in lobster; cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 2 of 2 Gently open each roll; lightly toast. Fill each with lobster mixture. Makes 4 rolls.
