  1. 1 of 3 Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat 3-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2 of 3 Coat large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, cook turkey or meatless ground meat 3 minutes. Add onion; cook 3 minutes. Stir in diced tomatoes, beans, frozen pepper strips, cumin, chili powder and garlic salt; simmer 4 minutes.
  3. 3 of 3 Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese; spoon into prepared casserole.


  1. 1 of 1 In bowl, whisk egg, milk, biscuit mix and cornmeal until blended. Stir in remaining cheese; drop spoonfuls of cornmeal mixture on top of chili mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until topping is golden. Makes 6 servings.
